Our engineering team recently completed a comprehensive structural integrity assessment of a prototype modular hydrogen compressor skid using advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure reliability under extremely high-pressure cycles. By developing a high-fidelity 3D mesh of the steel framework and vibrating components, we accurately simulated the complex interplay of static gravity loads, seismic forces, and dynamic operational harmonics, enabling us to implement strategic reinforcements before manufacturing.
Ultimately, the FEA results for this project underscore how precision simulation streamlines the transition from complex engineering theory to safe, physical infrastructure.
OuniGo leverages FEA to solve complex challenges and deliver engineering solutions. Our software suite helps us turn concepts into reality faster and more efficiently. By using FEA to optimize designs, we simulate structural integrity, thermal dynamics, and interactions across diverse materials and loading conditions, enabling us to predict performance and mitigate failure risk. Our capabilities span linear and non-linear analysis, fatigue life prediction, and topological optimization, ensuring that every design is not only structurally sound but also engineered for maximum efficiency and regulatory compliance.
